This is the type of unqualified mayor an American city does not need. All around her there are issues requiring her attention (the citizens can use to judge her competence/effectiveness) yet she demonstrates her desire to be distracted/deflect from doing the work the citizens want her to do. Her time in office has been a disaster for the city. Shame on her.
