I played my bagpipes on the New York side of the St. Lawrence river.  When I finished I could hear a piper playing the same song on the Canadian side of the river!  I played seconds to see if it was my echo and the Canadian played the main melody.  How cool is that?!
  • I love the sound of the bagpipes and always did since I was a kid. Now I'm a Canadian Army veteran and my dying wish is to have the pipes played at my funeral

God bless musicians they bring the untold feelings of the spirits
  • We are a small country on the edge of Europe but through our history, music and culture we reach out and touch the world.

My heart skips a beat when I hear the scurl of the pipes.

My brother played this on his bagpipes. I have always loved The Gael. The world lost a great piper on Jan 18, 2022. I sure miss you little brother.

Had a lady piper play it for my mother's memorial service. She was a Scot from New Brunswick

This is so beautiful and powerful that it made me cry.

God Bless Scotlands warriors, My ancestors are Chechens from the North Caucasus and our history is very similar, we also fought for independence, just like my ancestors, I believe that yours were also great!
  • I've watched this before and it still brings tears to my eyes. How my heart aches for my beloved home.
  • I'm Scott from both sides of my family and whenever I hear the pipes, it's like they go right to my soul. No other music does this to me except Irish dancing, which I am also Irish. Thanks so much for you music.

For when "Weak" on Life and the perils it shows,a listen too the "Pipes" as played by you. A sense of Courage too overcome resonates from Ear too body, too Soul. You have a Gift from God. Play and keep playing. You inspire, with your music, and Comfort, and Heal. God Bless you.
  • One of the great loves of my life, the beautiful melodic sound of bagpipes..
