Hey Guga! Your videos inspired me to jump into the world of steaks after salivating over your videos while eating my microwave ramen. I cooked my first perfect medium-rare ny strip the other day and even tried Kobe beef Rib eye (best thing I have probably ever eaten) at the local japanese bbq joint in my neighborhood.
