Keep doing what you're doing, make connections, self-care and don't let the negativity pull you down, but rather a pushing point to not stop. ooo and for matcha, I use a matcha whisk. I have one and it doesn't splatter on me. and its more traditionally used. The bouquet you picked out is so nice. Great choices.

Many times people don't realize that they can quit because they have skills and talents that they learned on the job. See what your company is doing and see if you can do it too, just on your own. Good luck!

Really liking the ways you've been sharing your journey with us, the changes you're making and going thru. You're good people and I like to see you succeeding, with our support. Sometimes in my life, when I'm feeling anxious about what I have to do, I try to remember I'm actually having fun -- in fact, excited and having too much fun to be really scared away from it. Also, you don't have to work to make it "perfect" (spotless, blemishless, artificially neat)... just work to make it honest and authentic, true to yourself, and you know it will be fine. That's what people are responding to, the glow about you. And you know "perfection" is just another treadmill people get on. You just hopped off a big, also false, one; you don't need to find another. (Most people just jump from treadmill to treadmill... you get my point.) You're creating new values for your life to rely on. As for us, people are finding themselves in what you do -- the real-life risks you take, here you are taking for them (us), as you do it for yourself, and that inspires us. Last thing: I think having a good therapist is key -- an often overlooked or undervalued component to the life you are making. A third-party person you can bounce ideas off of and who helps you sometimes reframe situations so you figure out what you really think. Anyway, was thinking you could relate. You're doing great. You've got my support no matter what.

I think it is really nice that you are being recognized so early in your career. Stay true to yourself and don’t get caught up in the fake stuff and be crystal clear on your plan-no matter how long it takes to figure out, this is key-you have time. And do NOT beat yourself up-stay confident and happy. 💜
