Brit here.. can't tell you how refreshing it is to see Rishi having an intulectual conversation where he has obviously put a lot of careful consideration into. Watched the whole thing from start to finish - brilliant conversation. This has definitely altered my perception of Rishi for the better.

Honestly, hands down, this has completely shifted my perspective of Rishi. I get the notion he genuinely is conscious of the UK's future, this is definatly a pivotal moment for him. 10/10 for whoever suggested this and made it happen.

It's pretty wild to imagine that Elon Musk, a CEO, holds as much power and importance as a whole country's president, even though he's not into politics directly.

So refreshing to see a leader of a Western nation engage in such a complicated tech discussion through simply terminology that a lay person is also able to absorb the gist of it - I particularly liked his acknowledgment as a policy maker of concerns of parents who worry about their children's career future and how there may be a future very soon with the oncoming AI where a person has no drive to work, no purpose to achieve anymore. A well-rounded politician who is looking ahead with a realistic lens. I hope he has set in stone the discussion around AI safety and its boundaries in ensuring that creative industry won't suffer, tech jobs won't be lost and automated services don't just take over our day-to-day lives that we end up having to lose basic emotions and values!
