Gotta feeling they made earthbending look tough so that if Toph joins the group, they can show us how ez it's going to be for her to pick up a boulder

I'm actually really impressed with zuko's choreography that was done in live action. Now I actually can't wait to see zuko's final battle when it comes around, cuz if it is this good now, I'm sure it would be beautifully done!
  • @shomgerry
I think adding Zuko punches to the bending would add a bit of... punch, to his firebending. A nitpick for sure but Zuko rapidly punching fireblasts is always a vivid memory of his firebending

Please be kind to the child actors and the grown ones. This project has been lit in 2017, completed in 2022, with S2 hopefully on the way. It's true that Bryke left in 2020, but what they left behind is still pretty good. Don't be like Star Wars fans. Let new fans join through this medium, as you did years ago. I'm just happy we're getting this show, the 20th anniversary animated movie, and the Genji/Kyoshi series possibly finally becoming canon as well. People who missed the cartoon are embracing it as we speak. This is like the one piece show, big, but slow. Like an oak tree. Can't wait for more, an Avatar fan since 2005.

no wonder dallas looked so good as zuko, he has a background in martial arts! dude moves so fast that some times i can barely keep up with his movements even going frame by frame!! Edit: This comment section isn't a hate train. If you came here to respond to people with negativity, go somewhere else. It's ok if you didn't like it, you don't need to broadcast it here. Let other people have fun enjoying things.

Dude, Dallas having a background in martial arts and playing Zuko is a win / win situation

dallas w the double broadswords looks sick!! would love to see more of it in season 2

I absolutely loved this series, my only wish is that there had been a couple more episodes as the animated series did for filler, just get more backstory and character growth, other than that cant wait for S2.
  • @morganmend
More behind the scenes please! Also, we need seasons two and three.

You guys absolutly nailed that bending. It looked real and the actors did a good job in learning all of these choreography. All of the special effects in the show, as well as all the locations are mezmering.
  • 1:50 I love that the same martial art stunt team from Shang Chi are teaching for Avatar The Last Airbender, after seeing Shang Chi's Mom and Dad fight in the forest, I remember hoping they should be the ones to handle fight choreography for ATLA. I just wish they didn't cut so much like previous Jackie Chan movies so we see the martial art forms better.

As a huge fan of the animated series, I'd like to thank all the Cast, Crew and Production Teams of this Netflix Adaptation. You guys should be proud of your work. Now we have more fan feedback, inputs and improvements we can add to have an even better Season 2. Congratulations! ❀❀

Respect. All their hard work paid off and I've got nothing but good things to say about this series. Only thing is, not enough episodes, not enough fillers that help shape the story of the characters more, the series felt too fast and rushed.
  • I demand the season 2…Please Netflix 😭😭😭😭
  • @manuelorozco7760
Took me from Thursday through Sunday to watch the complete season! And I love it. I feel like I’m 12 years old again in 2005! Great job
  • This is the best Airbender. Aang really looks like Aang and very natural.
  • @No0rdinaryHuman
Most overlooked part of the series to me is the "Jackie Chan" style fight between Aang and Zuko. I loved that fight and the entire series. Can't wait for the next season.
