She is the only person that has described so accurately what the light beings look like. I too had an experience with a light being. The light being that came through the wall of my room just stood there and then phased back into the wall vanishing. The light being's body was a perfect outline of a human and the entire body was made of roiling multicolored light energy twirling in small galaxy patterns all over its body. No outline of hair or anything, just like a bald head. I'll never forget it. I can't remember consciously if anything was said between me and the being but my higher self or maybe subconscious mind may have communicated with the being. It was in a time of my life when I was going through a dark night of the Soul and meditating every day for a few hours and chanting to cleanse the Chakras.

Great Interview Alex with a Beautiful Human Being. Totally get the Boundaries especially as an Empath. It took me 30 Years after my NDE from the age of 14 to create Boundaries or Parameters with my Empathy. My life dramatically changed in 2022 after the passing of my beautiful Mother on Good Friday. Mum was also an Empath but amongst her beautiful heart she was always giving and there were many many takers. At the viewing I remember feeling a level of peace to know that she was free from familial torments and that I also became free from them. Two days after the funeral while at home with my wife and teenage kids I noticed a static noise coming from the ground level from the garage. I noticed that my dog was just looking down the stairway but not making any sound. I was quite scared and was sure that someone had broken into our home through our garage. I called out several times but just static coming from the garage. When I opened the internal door and switched the lights on I felt the temperature immediately drop and at that moment my Beautiful Mother was there in front of my eyes. She looked years younger and there was a glow of light illuminating. I realised that my Mum came to say goodbye to me. I watched her Spirit move outwards away and there was a mist 🌫️ and she disappeared. On my return upstairs my wife looked at me and said What happened you like you saw a ghost”

I haven't had an NDE, but I've been working through a brutal kundalini awakening and I relate to some of the experiences she's talking about --- the life review. I used to think that I was an innocent, victimized, good person. Suddenly it was like I was cracked open and I could see and feel how many times I had hurt people for selfish reasons, even tiny things like interrupting a conversation. I also realized that I had never really known love, like true unconditional love. It changed me forever, and now I'm looking to go into a path of healing and service, although I don't know how it's going to play out yet.

Alex I listen to your channel every day. This is the content I have been looking for. You are helping millions of us on our spiritual journey. This is exactly what I have experienced as well. I have had several NDE’s and it’s true you don’t want to come back!! There is only PURE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and it’s beyond explanation! Language is not a vehicle to explain the experience. The last one I was asked “isn’t there anyone you would go back for?” Then I was shown a path or direction I was supposed to go. And you argue for a bit but you know it’s futile. So you come back and you don’t remember everything till you need it!!! Thank you for this channel!!!

I saw my grandmother and she too was younger and so beautiful and she was see through so to speak. I immediately knew what she was saying but not with words. She was so beautiful that nothing on earth compares to her beauty. I also, at one point about 4 years ago, saw a dark misty something, and it was walking across the yard, and it noticed me then ran away into some bushes. This was a good interview explaining things. During my 15 years as a (clinical) massage and Reiki therapist, I sometimes had light beings that used to guide me during a particularly difficult session. I was told they were Psychic Surgeons. Results were always amazing when they were present and occasionally (and unknowingly) verified by the patient's doctors. The light beings looked just the same as Shawna described and they were tall, really tall. It was an awesome time in my life.

I had read the book the Exorcist. A week later I went to sleep in the front bedroom of my girlfriends house. We have since been married 47 years. As I was falling asleep a dogman came and stood at the foot of the bed. I let out a scream or yell and my girlfriend came running. She said the room was totally filled with Sulphur smoke. As the being stood there looking a lot like a German shepard I realized it had our human intellect which is when I yelled. Scary.
