  • The rot's color isn't entirely determined by what kind of rot it is, moreso by where it is. You can find blue BLLs in the rot region as rivulet
  • @Dragonz2861
Probably not a huge secret, but Artificer's light blue pup was likely an energetic pup. Energetic pups are known to take a liking to shiny things, like pearls. In the scavenger toll dream, the light blue one stops running through the toll and looks at a pearl, before climbing up a pole to take it.
  • @Sigmanins
Here comes all the shiny hunters trying to get the rare BLL
  • The Spearmaster's shelter sign is one I noticed right away when playing their campaign for the first time, so I'm glad you included it! Amazing video as always.
  • I had a thought that when a DLL starts to break down, it loses its blue coloring for the slightly brownish coloring and breaks into multiple BLLs
  • @Harbin_07
Some other things: If you play spearmaster as slugpup via jolly coop you have a oversized tail Saint eats crazy fast when flying as if he snorted a suitcase full of coke Leviathans can eat and chrush almost anything even Moon Saint can't kill babynoots by holding them You can grab a mask and a mount creature(yeek, jetfish and squidcada) by a bug And a crazy fact: The cloak in Submerged Superstructure is decayed catboy outfit of Pebbsi! That's why he killed Moon, he did for revenge!!!1!1! TRUST/j

A few things about this video: I don't believe that the gourmand campaign is an overexaggeration/story, as that would mean gourmand straight up predicted firebug eggs, the ability and the appearance, which would be the most unlikely thing to ever happen and is statistically impossible, also spearmaster most likely drew the den icon to show other passing slugcats that there is a den there.

I had no idea survivor has a bad ending! Does that mean that in that scenario, survivor becomes an echo?
  • @brutus9520
I’m genuinely impressed that you manage to keep finding stuff I didn’t know about, I thought that with how long downpour has been out I’d know most things but seems that’s not the case!
  • @R3TR0_L3AF
Another cool secret: There’s a room in outer expanse that references the intro to survivor, where survivor falls down. There’s a video on it if you want more information!
  • Wow! Another fantastic upload from Balagaga! Keep it up! You know, the more we learn about the lore, it makes both more sense and less sense at the same time!
  • More things I think can't remember the old one and ppl may already know these Noots attack each other You can legit just chill with the king scav till you decide to initiate the fight (Ik ya'll just began the fight don't lie) Saint has 3 variations of Rubicon iterator dialog More people get Saint's Rubicon secret on accident than on purpose (random) Eel lizards are faster than salamanders (both on land and in water) Strawberrys, reds, cyans, whites, blues, and salamanders all have tongues the same, less, or a bit longer than their actual body Strawberry lizards having the longest All lizards (Whites having only horned and not so they don't count) have different variations White Lizards can sometimes do some really good camouflage Orange Lizards are technically the smartest lizards ~DETAILS~ Singularity bombs strangely look like an iterator core (Where the refraction cell is held) if it were ripped out Almost every slugcat represents something which could be a 'sin' or one of the many passages (Gourmand would equal gluttony, and Artificer would equal The Outlaw) Spearmaster's tail is bigger than their body meaning some kind of organ (like their stomach) is there which would explain the needles Artificer seemingly becomes a void spawn in the 'ascension' ending, which would make sense if you free one of them they have ears like a slugcat it is unknown if this is Artificer or not
  • @YoannBB
Here's a pretty mundane fact, but that I love. The DLC added another graffiti of the guardians ! Where is it ? I forgot, but if I'd have to guess... maybe in the precipice?? Edit : it's in Metropolis !
  • @fishmaia1437
if you make a slugpup that had eaten a neuron get stuck in a creature and try to pull it for too long, it will burp the neuron, even after 20 cycles
  • @XxguaxinimxX.
I would never know about the mandala! Thanks for sharing that information.
  • @hyrum2
the creator will ritualistically destroy them kind of like Unity did with its reputation

    1. i don't think it's a huge "secret", but i guess many people miss it since no one plays Monk's campaign; Monk's Outer Expanse ending will always show Survivor with 2 slugpups, whenever the player adopted 0, 1 or 2 in the Survivor's campaign, meaning that "canonically" Survivor adopted 2 pups. 2. Slugpups cannot ascend in any of the campaigns, since they do not have Karma and are killed by the Guardians or stopped by an invisible wall in the Void Sea, yet Artificer can meet her pups in the Void Sea if the player chooses to ascend in her campaign. She disappears at the end and leaves golden ribbons behind, making it unknown if it was her ascension that was rejected or the pups'. from Survivor's Monk's ascension endings we know, that the slugcats can meet other slugcats after the ascension. neither Survivor or Monk vanished in their endings, like Artificer did. it's also unknown how Artificer's pups ended up in the Void Sea, since they were simply killed, not ascemded, so by the great cycle's rules, they should be reborn eventually. if we go by the popular religious belief that children are pure and free of earthly burdens, it could be that deceased slugpups ascend automatically, since they do not posses an ego or anything keeping them in the physical world, but that wouldn't make sense considering they can't ascend via the Void Sea. my personal theory is that dead slugpups can ascend because they don't have Karma. Karma is the manifestation of one shedding their imperfections, but slugpups had nothing to shed to begin with. the Guardians check for Karma, but are not programmed to recognize when an organism has never had the need to shed their ego to begin with. and Artificer became an Echo. although she didn't leave behind Echo particles and didn't have the "tentacles" (which even Saint had), she's the only slugcat that leaves a trail of golden ribbons while swimming through the Void Sea, and it would make sense since she can never reach the X karma and is locked on the violence level. what does not fit this theory is that the menu selection screen after ascending Arti shows her in the same way as other ascended slugcats (except for Saint) 3. all slugpups go to hell

"it will be out by the end of the month hopefully unless I die or something" proceeds to grab shotgun.
  • @YaBoyMykhailo
Kinda like spearmaster's shelter sign, in the second room before the garbage wastes lower toll, where a white pearl is seen in survivor's campaign, the pearl is no longer there when playing as monk or any slugcat after survivor. Which seems to show that survivor 'canonically,' so to speak, took the pearl? Just think that it's an interesting little easter egg I guess. Edit: the room is GW_A22

Fun fact! The ball in the Luna bg is the bitter aerie communications array ball. This was confirmed by a downpour dev
