Nobody has been screwed over as bad as this man, yet, he remains grounded and motivated. Wrestling is better for having him back. ❤

Cary just went from one of the most underrated wrestlers to one of the best in his day. Hold up ya head up brother, we all recognize that you were the best in the world for multiple years. This series was a banger Flo. 🙏🏼

This was an awesome series. I was not familiar with this Cary’s story. Inspirational to continue to persevere through all the adversity. A true world champion.

Cary, when I think of wrestling, I think of you. You made an impression on many young wrestlers who saw you win your PIAA championships, myself included.

One of the best American wrestlers of all time and theres very little footage of him from his collegiate and international days. You obviously have the footage, lets see it! PLEASE!!!!

What a great series about Cary. I first knew about Cary from his instructional videos on YouTube. I loved when he was on the Rudis wrestling podcast. Best of luck Cary.
  • Back when I was growing up you had Dan Gable, the brands brothers and for me personally since I grew up in West Virginia I had Vertus Jones and Greg Jones. I was raised in a small town in West Virginia and a guy from our school by the name Mike Mason placed 3rd at NCAA’s for WVU. Once he was done with wrestling he put on camps at our local high school every summer and brought the Jones brothers with him. But the point I’m getting at is Cary was one of those names you just KNEW if you were part of the wrestling community. So thankful to have grown up in such a great sport and have the values rub off on my life years down the road. Thank you Cary for being one of my heroes man.

One of the greatest to ever lace them up. Truly a legend of a wrestler, and great human. Facing the adversity and always pulling through to be better.

Love this content. Cary got screwed!!! He handled it like a champion though when a lot of men wouldn't. Thanks for being a good example Cary! Class act!
  • Coming from the same town and state it's remarkable how far he went. Still talked about when I went to school in late 2000s

This guy is tough, disciplined, and humble despite repeatedly getting screwed over. I wish I was half the man he is.
  • @thomashusted
As to why he left Penn State it’s weird how some coaches think they’re your boss instead of your coach and it usually backfires like it did with Kolat.

Great documentary!!! I am not a wrestling historian. Just a casual fan and have loved these episodes.
