  • I'm beginning to like Pilates a bit more now, even the wobbly balance exercises. It's only when you attempt them yourself that you realise just how fit Eleni is.
  • I love pilates because you can do it even if you feel tired! I really wanted to change up my workout routine this week and this different Hiit version was really interesting... it challenged by balance. The lift leg extensions and the balancing leg swings were the hardest for me. You look so elegant doing this, it makes me focus on the quality of my movements. Thank you!
