I hope she realises just what a massive influence she's been on people like me. As a composer and recording engineer, I can truly say that I wouldn't be where I am today without her music.

this woman needs a lifetime achievement award for composing the most memorable soundtrack for a video game ever. Like her compositions were milked to death by capcom from the versus series to the alpha series and obiviously iv and v... that's how much a milestone in music she created.

Street Fighter II is definitely in my top 3 all-time favorite soundtracks, not just for video games, either. Some of those tunes I can listen to on a loop and not get tired of hearing them. Truly timeless.
