Well, it's been and interesting past few days. Just when I thought I was getting close to finishing this 1967 Camaro I hit a brick wall. I just don't comfortably fit in this car. I've learnt from past experience, if i don't fit, I won't drive it. So it's gotta go but I'm keeping the running gear.

I have had 1x 67 and 2x 68 Camaros, isn't your problem that the seats are to thick, if you look at original Camaro seats they are really thin. I am 6'3" and 250lbs and I fit fine in the cars I had with factory seats

Man, I gotta hand it to you. You are the poster child for the 'curves' that life throws at your projects. Yet you find a way to push through, adapt, and happily continue on in a new direction. Cheers to you man, you are inspiring!

Gotta make the Camaro a driver. You will get so much more money for it vs a roller
  • @GWBergen61
That dude wasn’t looking for scrap he was casing the place Dan. 😂
  • @ANOCKS
Dan selling the Camaro with a full drivetrain is good for you, but selling the car as a roller is better for the next new owner.👍

dd, im from the uk i cant even drive but between watching vvg, pudding and at a stretch mortske, what you do full time job and put a hour long video every night, i can see it in your eyes and hear it in your voice selling those cars is emotional to you, ive watched you graft your heart out on them

Best decision ever!!!!!!! Keep the nova and both nomads forever!!!!

That Camaro should sell quick. I used to have a pretty big collection of old cars, some minty, some not but after a divorce and having to liquidate most of them I actually felt relieved. It's nice not having to worry about storage/ parking, lot rot, rodents or vandals/ thieves, insurance, hailstorms etc. After awhile you realize your possessions actually own you. I'm down to a manageable number now, and as much as I miss some of them life goes on. I think you'll see what I mean once you further thin the herd.

A sound '67 should bring good money. And she provided a lot of content. Hope she goes to a good home.

Be wary of the "SCRAP" guy...he may have been casing the cars and garage!!! A friend of mine had that happen, a "PAINTER" came by his house when he was working on a Chevelle and 2 days later the Chevelle was stolen. Luckily my friend had a surveillance camera and captured the theft and also got the license plate of the "PAINTER" that had stopped by...caught the guy!

Someone is going to end up with a really good 67, to take to the next level! Good job proud of you young man!
  • I think you should swap complete drivetrains and sell the Camaro as a big block 4 speed 12 bolt car, running or not, it will bring more money.

Trailers are for hauling your trailer queen to shows and junk back home, now what you got is for moving cars around. If your selling a camaro or a mustang or a GTO they will sell for decent to great money that's just a given because of the names then add in it's a youtube "celebrity" car with a build record and your golden pony boy. Hope you find a property that has everything you need and want. It's fun to watch small channels grow and watch them expand I've seen about 15 car channels get bigger shops in the last year or so Morskie being one, Puttin, VGG, Emila, Cars and cameras etc. Loving it all for you guys and gals.

Hi Dan .. get old thick tires to put your motors on when you pull them out of the car .. it will give the motor stability and a soft place to be .. no rims in the tires .. this is even better when you have to haul the motor to the shop for rebuild or back home in the back of a truck..
  • @kevinl.2291
Yes sir Dan I happy for you buddy. I glad you decided to do this. The Camaro will make someone a nice car to finish and you keep the Nova. Win Win in my books. ✌️😎👍
  • @war7334
That car is solid.I watched all the videos and its better now than when it came from the factory. Someone is getting a great project car.
  • @juliamiller2299
That sounds like a plan, use your leftover drivetrain parts to cobble together something. You get rid of more junk that way too.
  • That scrap guy may come back for a little 5 fingers discount when you’re gone.
