okay, as some people have pointed out, I did miss a few more. (The title of "every single" was intended as clickbait though) : 1. Loxias Crown (Hunger), 2. She-Venom, 3. Riot & Carlton Drake. 4. John Jameson was also in the Venom movie, hosting Riot. Granted, in the case of Hunger, the Morbius movie hasn't come out yet. She-venom isn't really a villain. and Riot is more of a Venom antagonist. okay i know i'm just making excuses, please don't eat me.

Dam. The amazing spider man franchise/universe had lots of villains for spiderman. Wish we could've seen them

my favorite villain is the green goblin 🎃😈💚

I like how you mentioned characters that we haven’t seen turn into villains
-
My favorite live action Spiderman villains are: Vulture, Sandman, Lizard, Rhino, and Black Cat. Although I wish could've seen how Black Cat is in her Black Cat costume, played by Felicity Jones, and also live action female version of Dr. Octopus.

Mystrio is nothing but trouble but getting Peter's identity exposed is a shocking twist of a nightmare.

If you go back to the 1978 TV series, you can add David White and Robert F. Simon as J. Jonah Jameson. There was also an episode inspired by the comic's original clone saga in which Spidey faced his clone (who would later be named Ben Riley in the comics). The episode's scientist, Dr. Moon, would be the equivalent of Dr. Miles Warren. Like Warren, Moon even had a clone of himself (which would make him the TV equivalent of Carrion). Also, the 2-part episode The Deadly Dust, gave the main villain 2 henchmen, and giant strongman named "Angel" and a short, unnamed martial artist. They appear to be inspired by two of The Enforcers, Ox and Fancy Dan.
