I first started doing this dance January 2020 whilst staying in Calahonda Spain . I have been dancing this routine daily ever since with exception to other commitments I must be the most prolific viewer of this video on YouTube . I am now 74 years of age , and will continue to dance to Des Mas for as long as I’m able thank you for inspiring me .

Your video got me to dance again. A year and a few months ago I had a transplant liver and kidney. Well had complications and caused me to be paralyzed. I have most of my strength back. But this routine, I was determined to dance it again. And I finally can. Breathing heaving and alittle weak but I finally did it. I hope you read this. Thank you so much. It was a challenge
