Ryan Clark Addresses All The Backlash Regarding Simone Biles' Husbands Interview

Definitely the interviewers were so disrespectful

I don’t care how he meant it, if his wife isn’t bothered why are we. They’re a beautiful young couple and I wish them a long and happy marriage.

Ryan Clark instigated the whole thing with his comments and failed to protect their relationship. They intentionally used that clip to promote the episode knowing exactly what would happen and then RC came to gaslight the public. The hosts’ reactions and comments during the whole interview added to the outrage. Even after the viral clip, Ryan Clark kept bringing it back up and tried to prompt Jonathan to say something nice about his wife. All three of those men sat up there and laughed at the man, not with him. They set him up to be ridiculed by the public and they owe him an apology. I actually feel sorry for the couple because The Pivot should have never released that unfavorable clip in the first place.

Ryan is feeling guilty because he helped create this situation. He does not need to defend Johnathan. Johnathan knows what he said. He was just responding to RYAN'S questions.

I think the issue was that he never gave her props at all. He didn't even say how proud he was of her or anything. But we're opinionated because they put their business out there.

During the interview Ryan baited Jonathan into this mess. Ryan didn’t do him any favors in that line of questioning and Jonathan walked unwittingly right into it. Surely Jonathan has answered this question before, he should have been better prepared so he could walk away without making himself look so foolish. I remember putting my foot in my mouth when I was his age - who hasn’t. Just being at the celebrity level there’s no room for errors of this kind. Simone is definitely being a supportive wife to him which speaks a lot of her strong character.

Ryan please!😂 you said it yourself out loud that so you didn't want her. Anybody with a pulse can see straight through this guy.

This man is CLEARLY lying that he didn’t know who Simone is. And he’s making it seem like she was so thirsty over him. She was just lonely and chose the wrong person for a mate as many sisters do when they get lonely.

Ryan Clark, you don't even believe what you're saying. I saw you side-eyeing him when he lied that he didn't know who she was. STOP. He doesn't need defending, he needs to APOLOGIZE!!!

I personally feel like the ones who were interviewing him were a lil disrespectful imo.. the way they just kept laughing and even the way he said "if I say this out loud Johnathan Owen's ain't really want Simone biles" something about that just seemed off there 🤔

They trapped this guy with those questions. It's not like he just woke up one morning and started saying his the catch. SMH.

In the same sentence he says he thought it was fake {getting messaged by Simone obviously} but in the same breath he says he did not know who she was...which is which playboy

This dude must be afraid of being sued. He's the one that set Mr. Biles up in the interview. He damn near called Mr. Biles a liar.

I watched that episode of The Pivot and all three guys, Ryan, Fred and Channing felt he was lying. So when Ocho said, “He lyyyyyyy’n” I laughed so hard. You don’t have to follow gymnastics to know who Simone is. I don’t follow basketball but know who Lebron James and Steph Curry is.

This is so unfortunate. He told the story and is getting backlash for telling their story on how they met and got started. I don't know who he is and who she is. It's possible to not know famous people. There's so many famous that I don't know. I don't understand why is he getting attack? This man is a successful nfl player. She's successful as well with both of them being millionaires. They both love each other and you can tell. She's a beautiful young women and he seems like a good guy. What's the issue? Humans are something else. I pray that this couple stays together and continue on their journey. I hope they don't allow the outside noise to ruin their relationship. This is ridiculous and laughable.
