Best Cambodian Street Food @ CountrySide & The City - Seafood, Desserts, Durian, & More

I find it very astonishing that market vendors sell their goods all day long in the extreme heat to make a living. With so many choices from each stall, I can't imagine that most of the goods are still fresh unrefrigerated. I would have particular concerns about the meat and fish, and I would actually buy it as soon as the market opened in the early hours. Everything looks very delicious. I would love to try the stalls with the freshly prepared food, as there are so many exotic things I don't know as a European. Thank you for sharing.❤👍🙏🥰

I am curious to know how meat sellers in the market preserve it due to heat, I have always observed that meat must remain refrigerated :face-purple-wide-eyes:🙂
