Tesla FSD Beta 10.10.2 drives the Antietam loop again

Published 2022-02-25
I FINALLY got the 10.10.2 update on 19 Feb and took the car to Antietam Battlefield (Sharpsburg, MD) again for the loop at Burnside Bridge. I think it was actually a bit better than I gave it credit for in hindsight, but still has a lot of room to improve. I just got the 2021 map update the other day (a few days after this was recorded) and will attempt the loop once more with the map update sometime this weekend. Stay tuned, and thanks for watching!

Really think that it’s driving the one lane one-way roads as if they are two lanes. If it can’t see over the hill it’s going to be ultra cautious as if it’s expecting another car. That seems to account for some of the times that you’re coming. Going down one-way roads in cities or where cars are parked on the right hand side it normally also weaves.

Have you calibrated your cameras recently?

Why do you have two blue lines which leave that intersection where it just sits. If I was being told to take the blue line I wouldn’t know which way to start to go either. How did you get a routing that goes both directions? I’ve never seen that.
