The historic towns of Columbia, Jamestown, and Sonora, California set the stage for the biggest tribute of the third installment of the beloved 'Back to the Future' time travel trilogy.
In this behind the scenes documentary, witness stunning footage of the world’s most dedicated fans reliving scenes from their favorite film, jumping off the 'clock tower’ down a 1500' zip line, then kicking up their heels in jubilation at the Hill Valley Festival. The ‘Citizens of Hill Valley’ are interviewed as they mingle with the real life musicians, extras, production crew, and even some high-falutin’ celebrities from the film.
The biggest star of all, the famous Sierra #3 steam train, makes a historic debut dressed as it was in 'Back to the Future Part III', 30 years ago.

No other movie trilogy has this much appeal and fan base. Amazing! I was serving in the US Navy, on my 1st ship when the 1st BTTF came out in theaters. Now here I am in the REAL 21st century and I have the trilogy on DVD.

1:53 She ain't wrong, Doc did zipline on Part III, but that scene was just carried over from Part I.

I love how people love this movie. For me it's a home movie. Nothing takes you back in time more effectively than being in a movie that was as completely dedicated to cultural and scenery & costume authenticity as this one was. My dress was actually 100 years old (or so the costume mistress told me). My dress had been in the silent movies! So incredible. Never underestimate the witness testimony of the background cast!
