I found my Dyson Ball Animal vacuum in a gargabe bin. Took it home, cleaned and unclogged it, washed the filters, and it works great. The stuff people throw away.

Been watching you a few years now, my brother is an engineer and also really uses your videos to help choose good products. I run a cleaning business and Shark USED to be great, affordable, reliable and modular. Quality dropped so we returned to Sebo, a pricey German brand.

As a former vacuum mechanic, repairability also should be considered along with ease of maintenance.

My wife and I found a Shark stratos at goodwill for $50. Almost brand new condition with all the attachments. One of the best deals I’ve ever found. Great video as always!

I tried a bagless vacuum years ago when they first became a thing and was very disappointed. However, my Current Hoover upright is getting up in age and I decided it was time to buy a replacement. After watching this video I decided to go with the Kenmore Featherlite, and HOLY COW, am I ever shocked at the difference in cleaning when compared to my Hoover WindTunnel T-Series Pet Upright Vacuum. I had vacuumed the carpet in my hallway just 2 days prior, using my Hoover. After assembling the Kenmore, I made one complete pass through the hall, and I was GOBSMACKED at the dust, dirt, and cat hair that came out of my recently vacuumed carpet. I guess it pays to remember that technology keeps marching on and we shouldn't let past experiences with a type of technology, point our opinion forever, without trying it again after it's had time to improve.

Fun fact; vacuums can be much quieter but users perceive louder vacuums as more powerful. This is one example of engineered inefficiency for consumer preference. IE: Monkey brain like loud noises. Pick loudest vacuum! Thanks as always Project Farm!!! :) Keep up the fantastic work on behalf of us consumers!

I bought a rebuilt 10 year old Kirby last year from a local vacuum shop, it was under $250, the store gave me a 2 year commercial use warranty and it is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. I wouldn't pay new prices for a kirby but I will for sure rebuild this one or buy a rebuilt one if I ever need to replace mine.
