I have these and the original alpha flys indoor use only at the gym. No shin splints no pain in your legs you can run/jog for hours. They also turn heads.

Por norma general, nike hace zapatos deportivos para todo tipo de deportes muy estilizados y esteticos, con punta estrecha. Lo cual, sin lugar a dudas induce a un mal apoyo y trabajo del pie, comprometiendo articulaciones e induciendo a la larga lesiones. Busquen zapatos de punta ancha, menos esteticos pero capaces de replicar mejor el estado natural del pie. Saludos.

Son las mejores que hay para evitar lesiones en carreras largas, cuidan tus rodillas y pies, pero!!...son algo inestables y duran muy poco, solo unos 300 kms. Es muy poco kilometraje! para lo caras que son!.
