Kanye is awkward but because he’s constantly uncomfortable with himself, not other people. Always growing, evolving, shedding old layers yet remaining confident at the same time. That’s a special kind of awkward.

I really appreciate Jimmy Kimmel during this interview for letting Kanye talk a lot and explain his reasoning for his way of thought.

Kanye's answers make me forget the actual questions

It makes me feel so good to think that most of the people commenting here understand what he's saying.

He has such a genuine vulnerability. I see it in the looks he makes. He’s genuine. I love Kanye. Huge respect, I have bipolar too, he never lets it get in the way of his drive, passions and creativity. Good on him.

Such an eye opener. I have so much respect for Ye. Many people claim he's lost it but all I see is a man expressing his mind without minding about being cancelled.

For someone who has never heard him speak nor heard his music but has seen the constant barrage of snippets of him, this conversation is an eye opener. He is obviously brilliant and thinks in a complex deeply examining way to find his way of expression. In our times navigating the social expectations and norms while trying to be true to himself must be quite a challenge. He is what many call very eccentric because they can't find the proper word. He comes off a genuinely thoughtful man struggling with good intentions to be a decent human being. That's my take. I'm glad I watched.
