    For context, The MTV show was originally intended to be an adaptation of the ultimate spiderman comics however it instead became a loose continuation of raimi's spiderman 1. During the time the show was still being made with the intention of being an ultimate spidey adaptation, this suit was drawn out for the concept art. Even peter himself was meant to look different.
