italian here, rigatoni bruh no doubt. trader joes rigatoni noodles, Rao's brand red sauce (objectively THE best red sauce), a glass of cheap sweet riesling-- can't beat the price to taste ratio

Orecchiete is hands down the best pasta ever, my great grandmother who was from Catanzaro used to make it when i was a kid, but she called it "stragenatto". I still have the book with all her recipes
