    The App St fans ripping their own goal post down and taking it to the Chancellor's office after this game is the best thing ever.

    App State ended up winning the FCS National Title that year. They were a solid squad.

    This was not only huge for App State but for the entire town of Boone, NC. We partied for months after this and then won the title and partied some more! Its one of my proudest moments for my hometown.

    I remember watching this like it was yesterday. As an Ohio State fan, this is the greatest upset I have ever seen! Still makes me happy thinking about it!
