Either Noodle was so ahead in the race and had that much confidence that she stopped and texted Russel about 2-D or she was just that worried about him. Either option just makes her a great person.

murdoc is terrified of being alone, y'all. he acts like he likes being an island, but he's really his own worst enemy. he needs the band -- they're the closest thing to a family he's ever known, but he's scared of love too. he can't apologize because nobody ever apologized to him for all the abuse he faced growing up. 2-d is still my life, but murdoc is a beautifully-written and nuanced character all wrapped in a green gremlin package.

Like it’s really powerful as a low point for the arc.

for a long time, Feel Good Inc., DARE and Dirty Harry were my favourite Gorillaz tracks, but Aries almost brings me to tears. it's so soothing and sombre, while being upbeat. my new number 1 favourite:)

I don’t know why but this song is so comforting for no reason, but it comforts me so I shall keep listening
