Most asked question seems to be about the restroom facilities 😂 my bad on not being clear enough - this unit is part of a much larger building where we have a communal shared bathroom. In an ideal world I would of liked to of built my own bathroom // kitchenette area with a working sink within the studio to avoid using the shared one.

Honestly I'd love to see more Youtubers doing videos like this. I understand they might not want to share their finances/ costs online. But it is a really good insight to in case people actually want to try and do it themselves! Great video as always, Kon! :)
