I know this was a serious, tense moment but I couldn’t help but laugh when the pugs were fighting and they start screaming at each other
  • This husband is THE definition of weaponized incompetence... It exasperates Deena's need to control things.
  • Well, gosh aren't you great?" Gotta love it when Victoria's sarcasm comes out. Scott is so passive-aggressve. These two are a mess

Scott seriously looked at the disabled dog and said “no food for you” as if that would teach them a lesson 😡 How is starving a hurt dog the right thing for anyone to do? Victoria was civil to him. She’s a bigger person than I would be. He’s a little narcissistic 🤬
  • Victoria is such a badass IMHO (in that she doesn't shy away from important conversations just because they would be difficult or feel awkward to initiate). When she went back inside the house after the big fight, and said hey, let's talk about this and try to work through this, I was so impressed (though I am OFTEN impressed by her).

Honestly, I can see Scott's point but a man, who can look at a puppy and refuse to feed it in order to prove a point, is not someone I would care for. it's not the dog's fault. i can somewhat understand his frustration but I can also understand Deena who can't help but wanting to help a dog in need. Kudos to Victoria for staying around despite Scott's completely disrespectful behaviour. unlike Scott, she is somebody who puts these animals' well-being before her own feelings.

I feel so bad for Deena. I once dated someone like Scott, and they're constant need to be in control and "above" you is exhausting. The look on his face, the way he spoke to Victoria, and the whole 20% rule just speaks volumes. Ladies, or gents, if you ever find yourself with someone like that just leave as soon as you can. There's a narcissism there that can't be overcome, and it'll break you down so fast. You're worth more than that, and I hope Deena one day realizes how toxic people like Scott are.
  • We usually watch the full episodes during meal time. I think we might skip this one 😆

Vet tech here! One tip I've learned as working as a vet tech is that if you have a dog that eats poop, you can give your dog Pineapple or pineapple juice (dogs usually like this) and that will make the poop taste absolutely awful which makes them stop eating it.

The atmosphere in this episode was so tense that I could feel it. I can only imagine what it's like for the dogs.

Victoria casually driving the coolest cars in every episode
  • @kodagonewrong
I just started singing DIVORCE DIVORCE once he said that bc I would have stopped feeding Scott he isn't my responsibility he is a grown man and can cook for himself🤣
  • I just noticed that the channel is uploading FULL episodes of the USA episodes, I'm so excited!! I can't wait to sit down and watch them all without going from clip to clip! So thank you so much @It's Me or the Dog Much love from Sydney, Australia!

I already wasn’t a big fan of Scott, but his attitude towards Victoria before she walked out during the feeding bit really pissed me off. Guys like that infuriate me. I understand that he’s frustrated with Deena and the foster, but that’s no excuse to refuse to feed him. If he thinks that his dog is so perfect and he hates the other dogs, then he should just leave.
  • Yeah, he's not handling it well. But if my partner filled our house with dogs, when id only agreed to one...jeez. I'd be livid. 5 times the food. Five times the vet bills, five times the barking. Five times the training. Five times the hair. Wow. How do you do that to your partner and say "its not my fault you're gullible."
  • @claireculp576
I think Scott is just resentful and hurt that she brought another dog home. He has good reason not to trust her but the dog shouldn't suffer.
  • @kekakid05
Scott's demeaning behavior to the trainer was embarrassing. Glad she came back even though he was incredibly disrespectful. It would have taken everything in me to wipe that smug smile off his face. The dogs are completely dependent on humans so him refusing to help is just pure hurtful to put his feelings to his wife on them.
  • @123bobetta
Getting a dog (or another dog) should be a decision made by both partners. I understand Scott's perspective. I have been trying to persuade my bf to get a dog for a while now, but unfortunately he isn't ready. I can't force him, and I definitely can't spring a dog on him and expect him to do half the work. I understand it's frustrating for her, and it is for me, but it's not reasonable to just ignore his decision and then blame him for it somehow...
  • @Aminah6623
Dogs are a huge responsibility. You can't just bring an animal into the home with total disregard for the person you share a home with. The hubby might come off as unfair but he clearly doesn't want that foster dog there. His wife knew that and she got the foster dog anyway. How is that fair? People overdo it with animals. Five dogs are too much.
