Rolled all my 5 tickets and 150 quartz for her. No luck. Yolo rolled as soon as I got 3 quartz. Got her. Don't stop believing guys.

I just rolled her and Bribe Nero, but honestly I'm more happy that I got Tamamo. Now I just need Ozymandias and I can make the Sun team with Ozy, Tamamo, and Karna. Praise the sun y'all!

Small correction: All Curse Skills that drain the enemy NP are NOT AFFECTED by debuff resistance, so at level 10 it will always drain the NP of it's target.
