When he threatened her with arrest he should have been fired.
-
Name the cop. He is a public official breaking the law.
-
She needs a permanent restraining order against him.
-
That officer seems unhinged. What a terrible neighbor
-
AT THIS POINT....the cop's behavior is clearly HARASSMENT. HE SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR FLAGRANTLY BREAKING THE LAW.
-
There's something wrong with that man. It's not safe that he's a police officer.
-
He’s not only a bad neighbor, he’s a bad cop. This guy could snap at any moment and hurt her or her residents
-
If this is how he treats a neighbor, intimidation threats and ignoring the law, how is he treating suspects and innocent people?
-
Absolutely ridiculous. A cop who will do stuff like this to a neighbor will do worse things to others. She should sue him.
-
This is not a dispute this is sheer harassment
-
How did he have a survey showing different property ownership? Did he forge it? Did a clerk forge it? That's a crime. I'm unaware of ANY resdiential property that owns everything right up to a neighbor's wall. Fraud, corruption, harrassment, endangerment, abuse of power, trespassing and damage of private property.
-
“The officer’s survey was wrong.” ☺️ That made me smile.
-
Being a police officer, that neighbor knows that blocking the windows is not only a fire hazard, but against the law.
-
I would file a lawsuit against that officer.
-
If he's that bad off duty, then how much of an A-hole is he on the job. Take his badge and send him down the road.
-
This cop is clearly a nut job and needs to be fired immediately.
-
That cop sounds mentally imbalanced and shouldn't be a cop.
-
And to top all the audacity off, he did this to a SENIOR LIVING HOME. Just wow, whats next, the daycare down the street? Coward. Bullying the vulnerable.
-
Gotta say, she is very smart. She put him on blast in a very public way. She should get cameras now, lots of them, no way he's gonna let this go. He put in alot of effort to steal from her. He's dangerously entitled.

If this is how a police officer is acting in private, how do you think he acts in public in his job. He should be fired from his job. I as a citizen do not feel safe with this man on the police force. Something very wrong with him.
