If they wanted to "get it right", they should have refused to hear Trump's ridiculous appeal, and simply allowed the lower court's thorough, reasonabke and rational ruling stand. The subject matter of the apoeal could NOT be more absurd ... a sitting US POTUS being afforded absolute immunity to do "anything" and "everything" that he/she wants without any risk of accountability whatever? Really? What a horrible joke!

You cannot decide this case in Trump's favor without overthrowing the American constitutional order. It's as simple as that.
