All these sites say you are not your thoughts. Well, what if that is not true ? What if your anxiety is because your 2nd marriage ( to a narcissistic woman) bankrupted you, and the physical and emotional abuse effected you and your job. So now you are in trouble at work, behind in life and financially bankrupt! This causes all my anxiety ! I was a basket case today. So it is not just thoughts โฆ it is facts!
