wishing a HEALTHY career to this kid it's a good thing he got to Spurs with Pop. Even with losing, he'll learn a lot from him instead of getting high numbers on a bad team with losing culture.

So Wemby's highest scoring ball thrown to fan in crowd, fined 25K, took ball from kid so wemby invites him to next game where its his last rookie game and its against the former champs and he reverses momentum overcomes the joker and spurs win it and gives the kid that ball dude is one HECK of a class act. love this kid more and more with everything i learn about him. epic to witness

This guy will be the next best generational talent. The fact he has the skillset and handles of a guard for a 7’4 guy is extremely impressive. Wemby will be an all time legend by the end of his time. I immediately became a fan of him after this year.

Great video. Sometimes, years later, fans and media try to rewrite history because they dont remember all the nuance that was present in the moment. Thats why I like videos like this that show all the ups and downs over the course of the season, it makes a lot of stuff make a lot more sense when looking back
