God is Making you Wait (for a reason) | How to be Expectant & Fight Discouragement Biblically

hey sis. let's chat! today's question: with our new mindset in tow, what is ONE (small or big) miracle that you are currently walking in or have experienced when you are waiting on God?! For me: i have to keep it small because those are the miracles that have been SO easy for me to overlook which is why these 2 verses have been so encouraging to me lately. the miracle i've experiencing during the wait is simply feeling God's presence andddd His correction/conviction. I hadn't even notice that lately, my prayers had started to get alll about me and this thing i'm waiting for and He's been showing through the correction and conviction that right here, right now He's still with. me and working in my heart. He truly is such a good, good Father.

Like our mom told us...dinner gonna be ready when its ready. When its your time, the blessings gonna be fuego! 🔥

One of the pastors at my church was saying that the waiting season is not about what you’re waiting on but it’s about who you are becoming in the waiting season. That really changed my life.

My miracle: early this year I went from "standing" on a cliff ready to jump because of my toxic work environment to waking up the next day without a worry in the world. Nothing changed. Boss didn't change, assignment didn't change, people being fools didn't change, but my perspective did. The weight lifted. I stopped letting it get me down. I thank God every day because I was really going through it and almost gave up on everything.

I am currently walking in an answered prayer that when I was growing up I did not think was possible. I graduated with my bachelor's last year and this May I just graduated with my Master's. I honestly didn't even see myself going to college after high school, let alone succeeding, but the Lord has truly provided and opened every door along the way. He has held me through the tears, anxiety attacks, breakups, and all-nighters and this is just a testament to His faithfulness! He is always there; we just have to open our eyes to see Him. thank you, Lord.

I’ve been living paycheck to paycheck and almost on a regular basis , taking out loans to get by… I’ve just realized that it’s been a while since I’ve been taking out loans. I’m trying so hard to get a better career and didn’t stop to realize that God is holding me down without loans. I’m so grateful and will patiently wait on the journey that awaits.

God woke me up today and I’m blessed that I get to go to work!! Thank you Lord for the small miracles!!

My miracle: I have been searching for a job for almost a year. And after a ton of rejections God has blessed me with a new job that I will be starting next week. God has also blessed me with a church community that I am able to have fellowship with others. My advice to people who are discourage is to keep praying and trusting in God. God is always listening and He will never forsaken you! God bless!! 🙌❤💕

I haven't worked a full-time job in well over a year . God is providing for my son, and I. We have always had food to eat, nothing has been lost ( our home went into foreclosure but God didn't allow us to loose the roof over our head) . God is faithful 🙏🏽 😭🙌🏾

I gave up my apartment in the US and moved back to my country with very little money and I’ve been here 3 months and God has been providing for me and my family tremendously everyday! Literally everyday God has been blessing me financially. And it’s a big miracle for me. I’m so grateful and thankful. These past 3 months has helped me to be faithful and obedient to the lord.

My job is VERY stressful and today it was altering my mood with my daughter. I called out to JESUS and asked him for ✌🏾 peace over what I couldn’t control. Almost IMMEDIATELY the stress left me and peace came over me. ONLY God can do this. Thank you lord for this small miracle of ✌🏾.

Mel, I don't know you AT ALL, but it's crazy how I JUST finished talking to God about waiting....to, then, come on YouTube and this is the first video that's displayed to me. If that isn't God, then IDK what it could be. This is God's confirmation: wait on me!!! Ways that God has shown up for me: - I have an apartment. - I have a car. - I have lights. - I have water. - I have clothes and shoes. - I am able to make money.

My small miracle is the conformation I am getting each day that let's me know I am on the right path and my trials are not in vain. ❤

I'm alive! I have suffered through depression and anxiety for 10 years and never thought I'd reach the age I am. Although this year has been HARD mentally I am so grateful to be alive, and that I can get FREE counseling and psychiatric therapy!

I'm walking in one of my answered prayers at this moment. I have an amazing job and God has sat me in rooms this very week with people I've never felt qualified to even sit in the room with and network with. God will make the unqualified qualified and i just so excited (God willing) to see what in store next. Thank you God for just being God in Jesus name !!!

I am currently in tears as I type this. I am very frustrated and feel like I am and have consistently been in a waiting season. I know God is good and faithful. One of the major miracles is that I woke up in my right mind, I have a job and my Mom is still alive and healing.

I’ve been feeling lost. And like I’m not where I want to be in life. I’m grateful that he brought me your video just when I need the reminder to be grateful in small victories. This was a victory.❤
