There’s a huge problem in space and no one is talking about it, space junk is filling our atmosphere and if we aren’t careful, it could literally trap us on Earth.

Father: "So what are you going to do son? Join the fire service? Be a marine? Son: "I'm gonna be a Space Janitor, I hear they're recruiting. It's good pay, REALLY good pay."
  • @figo2989
never thought that washing machine I threw out of the Iss would cause such panic... sorry guys
  • Companies don’t have to take satellites down for 25 years?? I wonder how many companies with satellites up there have gone out of business before their 25 years was up
  • @minecherrie1
The movie WALL-E predicted it a long time ago. 😂
  • @haleybirdsxoxo
Is it weird that I always watch Astrokobi while I’m getting ready for work in the morning? It gets my mind off of the stressful day I’m about to walk into
  • @Loki_9691
Saturn : I am the only planet with rings Earth : hold my satellite rings
  • @DanMan738
Earth: we’re going to mars, and will send more satellites to other planets Space debris: I’m ‘bout to ruin this man’s whole career
  • @piratemeow
Aliens looking at Earth like, those creatures are filthy!
  • @SSJ4Haz
We have the first planet with man-made rings. This is why aliens do not come here, we are too messy lol.
  • @WadeSprings
We wouldn’t want to leave if we hadn’t screwed it up beyond repair.
  • it would be awesome if you go and visit those companies and make a video about it, it could explain a lot. And although I´m just 11 yo, I´m already fascinated by space and actually... youre the main factor. thanks for everything astrokobi and i think i can say it from all of your watchers, you have really helped a lot of people to become interested in this stuff and maybe even become astronomers, so thank you
  • Thank you Kobi, because of you I am going for a degree in Astronomy, thank you for giving me some information, I will continue to study astronomy :D
  • @melody44954
"We'd reach mars by 2100" Our problem currently:
  • @BasicallySai
I would really like to see you visit one of these companies, I would love to know more!
  • @Stephanpar23
This is actually terrifying because it will not stop as long as corporations have zero incentive with the large swaths of land they buy. When viable land becomes scarce along with resources, they will make sure they are safe somehow while the rest of us are left with increasing dangerous natural disasters or death by malnutrition.
  • @Julieber1
I don’t believe that will be stuck on this planet for indefinitely, because eventually we will develop for interstellar our space travel faster than light speed like in Star Trek.
  • @kreaturen
Seen it proposed to use sponges to capture the smallest debris. Not exactly sure what the sponges should be made of, but they would be light and compact during launch, and "sponge out" to their full size in orbit.
  • hey kobi,i really enjoy watching your videos..they always enlighten my thinking process.
