It's one of those dishes I typically reserve for special occasions, but I couldn't resist the wave of nostalgia it brought. Ingredients:

Pie Crust
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 cup Chilled Butter
1 cup Ice Cold Water

Egg Wash
1 pc. Egg Yolk
¼ Cup Milk
Pinch of Salt

Flour for dusting

Water, for boiling
½ kg. Chicken Breast
1 pack Maggi Chicken Cubes

Pie Filling for two batches of crust
½ kg. Chicken Breast, boiled
Oil, for sauté
½ cup Butter
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pc. Onion, minced
1 stalk Celery, chopped
3 pcs. Dried Shiitake Mushroom
1 pc. Carrot, diced
Season with Salt
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
¼ cup Flour
2 cups Chicken Stock (from boiled chicken breast)
1 pack Nestle All-Purpose Cream
½ cup Corn Kernel
1 cup Cheese, diced
2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
Season with Black Pepper
