THEORY: Maybe this program was created by an AI to fight against the Happy Child. As an AI it doesn't have much idea of what to show to warn everyone. We see that half of the teacher's face is blurred, or better, lacking facial features, that means the AI doesn't have all the information necessary to replicate a human figure perfectly. It does the same with the animals, using anything it has to have to show what is and what is not that animal. We see that it can perfectly recreate the HC's human-like form and it's (original?) form, meaning it already knows about it. Maybe the AI is from the same ? company that appears in the HC video, but it evolves it's will to save humanity from the HC, that's why it has the HC's files. As it's about to show the HC's forms, the "Be Careful" message appears, as if it should be not accesing that information, so right after that the AI is shut down.
