War Robots 9.7 Gameplay: 6x Full Corrosion Trickster Dagon, doing like 95% of it's damage output via corrosion - and a lot of it. Anything with a shield is a nightmare but anything else has a problem. However, I'm afraid, we won't see this setup anymore after 9.8, because it will nerf these corrosion weapons sooo hard, unless - hopefully - Pixie listens to a lot of our feedback and re-considers some of those changes.

    This is a game based around robot customization but yet there is only 2 to 3 bots that are viable out of the 100 or so bots around lol. Pixo knows how to show ONLY what they want you to use.

    the thing that surprises me is not the severity of the nerf but the fact that the people in the developer team that are responsible for balancing these new contents did a terrible job at it but still havent got fired because this is not the first time nor the last time we will see this happens, and this wouldnt be a reoccurring thing if Pixo fired those people and hire people that can do a better job at balancing content in the first place

    sheild breaker is a must with this build because this weapon doesnt even tickle any type of sheild
  • The nerf is absolute bonkers. 0.5s is a really big time interval for each shot. 0.2 would've been an ok nerf but I think it was unnecessary to do so. Hopefully they would change that.

    the nerfs they did to the rust & dot weapons is literally the exact same nerf that they did to other rust weapons (claw, jaw, and talon) just slowing their fire rate and they will be completely useless.

  • Hey Manni. Recommend a weakness on the Newton. When the Newton applies the choke, it opens up it's hull. Make that a weakness. If you can shoot it into that while lifted, then it can cause extra huge amount of additional damage or completely destroy it with one shot.

  • I honestly don't know why they are nerfing Tricksters lol. I honestly think out of all the weapons Trickster was the most Balanced.

    Well obviously without a Tamer, Trickster will struggle. Sad to see them go tbh...

    i know why it is getting nerfed. Cuie and another Titan have to ability to get extra health and they are very hard to kill because of the fast recharge of the ability. I was planning to use corrosion to counter them. Pixonic notice that the corrosion maybe able to counter these new robots and titan, so they nerf this weapons to the ground immediately
