Thank you for doing the work that you do. My mother has been scammed out of over 250,000 in the last year. This bank scam was the latest and you depicted it perfectly. Sheβs elderly and falls for things like this more than she should. I really appreciate all of the hard work youβre putting in to catch these criminals !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's so interesting how almost all of them have the same fake nervous laugh. Where they try so hard to sound condescending and in a position of power but you can clearly hear the fear seeping through. And their communication skills just get worse the more upset they become. Insane how you're able to stay cool and collected through all of this. A master in calmness!

This is very interesting to watch. Aside from we're learning, it feels so satisfying that you're able to teach them a lesson. Data security is important. Customer information, particularly financial data, is a prime target for scammers.
