I am still in the scenic zone of Zhangjiajie in Hunan Province. Zhangjiajie is mostly known for its breathtaking Avatar Mountains which is said to be the inspiration of the Avatar Movies. In this episode, I'm showing you this stunning mountain landscape of Zhangjiajie as well as some small remote mountain village in the area where I witness some really cool handicraft production.

You are the best person to introduce China to the world. You speak well, you fly your drone well, you edit well, your production quality is high, you interact so well with the locals, best of all you have that sense of wonder evident in your eyes that is infectious through the screen. No lengthy intro/outtro. Kudos for another top notch episode.

I'm Indian in Germany, every Saturday morning first thing I check is new videos from Yan. China is truly amazing! I hope I get to visit someday ❤. Keep up your good work Yan, you are changing perspective of Chinese people and educating people outside by bringing out so many raw and beautiful aspects ❤

You give us here in the US (at least in our home) a very different view of China than the one that we are fed here. Thank you for that. Your drone footage of that surreal landscape is once again spectacular. It's wonderful to see grannies working so hard, being strong, vital and creative, taking care of business, instead of being sapped of life by mechanization - and seeming happy!

The grandma who smiled at you when you say hello to her is so cute. My heart melted when I saw it.

Most tourists will want to see ZJJ when it is bright and sunny. A few years ago a group of us from Singapore and Malaysia were in ZJJ to photograph the karst landscape. But it was overcast with clouds and mist with intermittent rain and strong wind. Our local guide who is also a photographer said this is a dream landscape for photographers. He was right! The low clouds and mist partially covered the karst mountains. The scenes looked like the black and white Chinese paintings. Despite getting slightly wet, we moved to different viewpoints to capture the surreal landscape.

Yan, you are truly the tourism ambassador of China! 👍👏

"Avatar" mountains are not the most spellbounding and breathtaking when the skies are clear and blue. It's when sea clouds envelope the mountainous region, creating an illusion that those peaks are floating in air, because you can't see their bases. I think that's how Cameron got his inspiration for Avatar. I like this little ethnic Miao village, calm, quiet and clean and nestled among the karst formations.

Wow, China's beauty is truly breathtaking, and it's so rich in culture and history! I'm eagerly looking forward to the day I can visit and experience its magnificence firsthand. The landscapes, the architecture, and the vibrant cultural heritage are all so enchanting. Can't wait for the opportunity to explore this wonderful country! :)

I love it when you randomly visit local houses, try their food, and show us what they do for a living. I don't think many people in the world know these places exist. Thank you so much for showing us so many rare places in China. It's truly amazing!

China has indeed come a long way.....even those faraway little villages are so idyllic and best of all it is so clean and well-maintained! Another interesting video by Yan...looking forward to the next one!

The Chinese government on Friday announced that French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and Malaysian citizens will be able to travel visa-free to China for a year starting December 1

My admiration of Grandma , at 80 y/o she can still do hardwork, youth of today barely do it. In reality that made them strong , a productive exercise. : it makes the body strong and for household chores and saves money. Far from commercial gyms that makes you spend your income. And the wooden houses below the canyon , it's sooo beautiful and neat🎉 . It's the type of houses I love to live.❤
  • I am from Malaysia and have been to ZZJ. But you show me so much more than what I have seen. China is truly picturesque. Amazing video, Yan. Looking forward everyday to see more from you! Keep up the good work! Your drone footage is awesome! And the grandmothers are so sweet. Wish them healthy and long life!

I'm from Malaysia, raised in Brazil, for me China is a mistery. Its so good to see this beautiful land, my dad's land😊. Thank you so much!
  • I'm very grateful to YouTube for bringing me content creators who can show me the world as I have never seen it before. Such as this nice young lady.

The interaction with the grandma is the highlight of this video. She seems to have reached an enlightenment considering she still has that strength at her age of over 80 years old. She can chop bamboo shoots and then can still perform weaving, which seriously requires strength to make a quality textile. Thanks for this video! ❤

I am an Indian, I had not seen any Blogger from China to describe various a amazing tourist place so minutely to whole world. I had seen your Manas Sarovar blog very first time. Keep uploading as much you can so that rest of the World can have a idea of hidden amazing tourist places of China which are much better than Europe or America. Being an Indian though we have some reservations regarding China, I feel you are doing a great job. In future if possible will try to visit your shown destination. Keep on Madam.
  • @ExpatNatt
Absolutely breathtaking. China has such a diverse and beautiful landscape. ❤❤
  • You introduce Zhangjiajie even much better than a local guide . Thanks for showing my beautiful city to the world . I live in Zhangjiajie and I really enjoy staying here. Hope to see you guys
