The hunters are by far the hardest npcs to fully stealth because they sometimes group into two groups when too much suspicious stuff happens because of you and they can notice your web lines after too much suspicious things, they even actually look up to try finding you too

Dan! Something that can literally help you so much is the auto-heal setting! You can go to the settings and enable it. This allows you to select a health percentage and when your health goes lower than that percent, you heal (if your focus bar is filled).
