Ain’t nothing better than a couple cold snacks and a 2+ hour episode/video of VGG on a Friday night after a hard week out of town. Thanks Derik appreciate you
-
Yes! Over 2 hrs of VGG! Great way to start a weekend
-
Having your kid by your side, are moments that you only get once. Thanks for sharing, Derek.
-
A $60 DOLLAR Paint Job and worth every penny! .... A fun watch and with your young'un helping ... Priceless.
-
I love that you’re teaching your kids about mechanics cause you don’t see very many mechanic classes in school anymore
-
Derek nails it again. The door art is simple and amazing at the same time. I can't believe it..... "I guess I have to, I'm looking right at it."
-
Derrick I just wanna say thank you! This is the only youtube channel I watch consistently with videos that average over an hour long, what you do reminds me so much of watching horsepower TV on spike every Saturday morning with my dad, thank you for all that you post and keeping hotrod alive!
-
My dad passed in 2018 but he was like you in so many ways about vehicles! All the questions I had for him, I find answers to in your videos! Single mom at 24 with 2 kids I want to teach about this one day when they’re older! Learning as much as I can but also, they might up and surprise me and start teaching me themselves lol Love what you do! Thank you for bringing us along ❤
-
There is no better way for a guy to start a guys weekend than 2 hours of VGG...Thank You Derek!

A wonderful tribute to your Grandparents. They will always be in your work and your hearts. 60 bucks? Nope. Priceless. Great job as always! The mirror wrassling was the best!
-
Sorry to hear about your grandma but so glad you had all the time you had to spend with her and now this truck will be a daily reminder of all the great times you have had with them.
-
Love this, Derek! Dad had an 81 - 350 Silverado. I slept in it many a time when I got back from parties and the house was locked up. The thoughts about your Dad made my Evening. Great job, my Friend.

Good to see ViceCat doing well little guys getting big.
-
I love that you are showing and teaching Bentley the auto trades. I also love how he gets right in there doing the work. You’re a good dad.
-
Little tip I learned when installing patch panels is to overlay the new panel over the old and cut them both at once. This gives you a nice clean line and makes it easy to tack in place. Learned that from one of the guys on power block a few decades ago 😅
-
That was fun i learned quite a bit too. Awesome looking truck, Im in my 40s, those were the cool trucks around town in my glory days. Classic stuff.

I'm a real perfectionist both on and off the job, and it's always helpful and instructive to see a great example of getting 80% there with 20% of the labor. Sometimes that's really the difference between getting something decent done and getting nothing done at all.
-
Derek, thank you for being real in these videos and showing us the good the bad and the ugly. You could easily edit out all the mistakes and issues but you don’t and we get to see what it’s really like. Thanks for all that you do for us!
-
Looks great and I love how you paid tribute to your grandparents! You actually remind me of my grandfather. He was always in his building working on something. And he was the best mechanic I have ever seen. That little guy is great help and going to be a chip off the ole block

Hey Derek I painted my 1950 Ford shoebox with a 50 dollar gallon of John Deere Blitz Black flat paint and my cheap Hobo Freight spray gun, came out great, well, pretty good. Made me feel better to see you do the same. Great channel, great family, great American, 79 year old hot rodder still learning, appreciate what you do...
