Several years ago, when I discovered this, I was listening to it drinking my coffee, smoking my gypsies and writing, sitting at the kitchen table. For me this more than inspiring song is no longer dissociable from this moment of my life! What a great artist! What a generous and sublime interpretation! ❤️

I love this song as an Australian and as a 30 year fan. When I found Tom I felt he was someone I could listen to forever, and I have, well not forever but many years. I just dont get tired of him, my family and friends may, but not me.

I have been a huge fan of Tom Waits since the mid 70's. I was lucky enough to see him at the Beacon Theater in NYC in the late 70's and it was an amazingt show. This song is ridiculously brilliant.
