A healthy and tasty gujarati cuisine delicacy recipe made with rice flour. it is generally served as street food in gujarat as a snack which can also be served for morning breakfast. it is very simple and easy to make yet delivers one of the tasty and healthy snack recipes for all age groups. generally, street food or snacks recipes are termed as greasy or not healthy food. most of them are either deep fried with high cholesterol or perhaps having high sodium content in it. but then there is this healthy snack or dish made with rice flour known as khichu recipe or papdi no lot from gujarati cuisine.i personally like this recipe and i make it more often for my breakfast as it supplies the required carbs and vitals for early morning.

this is a beautiful recipe ive made it a few times everyone loves it. ive added a twist to it i dry fry the ajwain and cumin seeds and the blitz it to get more flavour tastes yummy try it 😊
