Dudes pain tolerance is absolutely unreal
  • The fact that Steve-0 is able to walk on his own and be a normal guy is a miracle in itself
  • Here’s a little over share I’m a Marine I went to Iraq and had to do a lot of bad shit I came home and really struggled to assimilate I was always a jackass fan but a buddy of mine got me the book professional idiot The shit in that book about addiction, recovery and the battle that comes with it resonated so heavily that I actually started getting help. I went to rehab, therapy, and AA. I even went and met Steve-O at a convention. Thank you Steve-0 you’re my hero DUDE.

I’m glad he is making bank. The abuse this man had put himself through for others entertainment is amazing. Not to mention the pain he will always carry with him
  • @Adam-nv9zo
Wow, it's unreal this man is still alive. Steve-O never fails to provide amazing stories.
  • I think all the endorphins released by all the pain he goes through keeps him young at heart. Dude still looks exactly how he did when he was back on jackass

As a burn victim, I can relate to this pain. Whenever I was in the hospital they washed me in a bath and wiped the blisters clean off leaving the layer below my original skin. I’m doing good right now and my healings doing well.

I know Steve-O you will probably not see this but I had to tell you. Although I can't afford to go to and even if I could my boss will not let me off work for that. I want you to know you are a fantastic person. You have endured more pain than I could possibly ever imagine. You made me laugh you and the guys from jackass at a time in my life where it was very much needed. I am so proud of you and your ridiculous career. I hope you keep going for many more years. God bless you and your fiance
  • It's unbelievable that all those nurses that treated his wounds didn't advise him to go to the hospital.
  • For those that don’t know, bad burns are a really tricky injury and you should get them double and triple checked. Not only can they get worse over time, but your nerve ending can get hurt, meaning that your hurt much worse than you realize even at first.

Fellow burn-victim here. I have grafts on 33% of my body. Im glad your experience went relatively well. For me, it was 4 months in the burn unit, 27 days induced coma, 4 cadaver grafts, 2 my skin grafts, a weird reaction to some blood in a transfusion resulting in cardiac arrest, bilateral collapsed lungs, broken sternum from CPR, and lost about 40 hours of tattoo work. You mentioned a potato peeler for the skin. My 2nd own graft was the skin on the tops of my thighs, from knee to hip, and the tool they use looks and functions exactly like a cheese cutter. 🤙🏽

So glad this turned out well for you man. You’ve got such an amazing woman by your side. You sir have the pain tolerance of no one before.

As a burn victim , the actual burn hurts a fraction of the after math. I remember being dunked into a salt water bath and the nurse would come in with a nylon brush and scrub the blisters and dead skin off just to promote healing. 3 times a week for 1 hour

I marvel at what Steve o has done as far as turning his life around. He really gives hope to SO many of us
  • @RushFox
My dad suffered burns just like this from an electrical explosion. 3rd and 2nd degree all over his hands and arms. Even with painkillers and all sorts of drugs he’s still in terrible pain 3 months later. They used his own skin from his thigh to graft skin on his arms. Crazy to know that the pain he’s feeling is on the same level as the worst pain Steve-o has ever experienced.
  • i don’t understand how this dude can endure such painful situations and come out of it as well as he did.
  • @Deadman1817
Man, i don't know how you can do it Steve-O. You got heart as steel.
  • @2FRESH-4U
Love you Steve O glad you’re here to tell these crazy stories
  • @OxTheHerdzz
Honestly I think the only reason steve-o is relatively sane is that all his horrific, traumatic experiences have all been self inflicted
