1 cup urad dal
1 cup arhar dal
1/2 Loki
4 tomato
4 green chili
3-4 Kadi patta
4 glass water
¹/² tablespoon haldi
¹/² tablespoon dhaniya
salt swad anusar
Recipe Preparation
soaked 1 urad dal overnight after soaking urad dal then soaked 1 cup arhar dal for 20-30 minutes
after soaking arhar dal then grind the urad dal in a mixture after mixing urad dal then beat it from the hand till it becomes soft at least 15 minutes it takes then take one tablespoon of urad dal and pour into a water to check it's consistency of the paste of dal is float on the water means now it's ready and then make the Vada after making the Vada after making the Vada now it's time to make sambhar recipe take a pressure cooker and pour two tablespoons of oil after it becomes hot then pour 1/2 tablespoon of Rai and then green chilli with kadi patta then pour the mixture of arhar dal and Loki and and then pour the salt and then boil the sambhar for the 20 minutes then soak the vade in sambhar and it's ready to serve after 15-20 minutes
Tip of the recipe
You have to soak the Vada for the 15-20 minutes before it's served and now it's ready 🤤to eat 😋
