Debby moves inland: Where to expect heavy rainfall and winds from tropical storm

Tropical Storm Debby is bringing wind and rain to the Carolinas after making landfall as a hurricane Monday morning in Florida.

Governments across the Grand Strand and Pee Dee are opening emergency shelters for anyone impacted by Tropical Storm Debby as it brings enormous amounts of rainfall to the area.
