Protect the People's Environmental Law

The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), often referred to as the people's environmental law, is under attack from the Trump administration. The administration's actions would allow pipelines, highways, waste incinerators, and other harmful infrastructure to be built without giving communities any input. NEPA is rooted in the simple idea that people deserve to be heard when projects impact the environment around them. We cannot afford to let the Trump administration gut the nation's most important environmental law.
