How many people you see turning themselves in ,to served for their time in jail or prison what ever you want to call this. So many hundreds of people would all ready be there, or the police officer would be the one bringing them in a prison vehicle, to served their time, and he only gets (4) months to served. This is shameful thousands of inmates wouldn't have never been given this opportunity and for the same offense.
