This song actually makes a whole lot of sense for the anthem since the whole point of this Russia is just to annihilate Germany

The fact that NONE of the lyrics are changed makes this song even more powerful, especially in context of the Reclamation Government. Omsk is horrifying not because of wanting the utter destruction of Germany, but because they're willing to use any method necessary to achieve their goals, be it armed warfare or nuclear weaponry. Omsk is one of a few nations in TNO that genuinely terrify me to imagine existing, alongside the likes of the Holy Russian Empire, the Großafrikanischer Reichstaat, and Burgundy. Omsk is pure, unadulterated, revenge.

Imagine you (in a alternate timeline)are standing at a battlefield in ww3(wherever that would be) and your wait for the Russians to charge at you and your fellow troops expecting a Russian flag but instead you see an omsk banner

This song was written on June 28, 1941 when the German fascist army attacked the borders of the Soviet Union at 4 a.m. on June 22, 1941. Then our great-grandfathers risked their lives and marched along Red Square on November 7, 1941 and went to the front. this song was a call to all the peoples and peoples of the Soviet Socialist Republic to fight the true beast that threatened to destroy Jews, Ukrainians, Russians, Belarusians, and other nationalities with Jewish and Slavic roots. Our great-grandfathers did not die for the regime, not out of fear of the government. They died for us to live for their children and grandchildren's grandchildren to live.
