  • I can’t believe none of the neighbors came over to thank you for cleaning up this eyesore. You guys did an amazing job. It’s a shame this house is such a wreck inside, it could have been a nice place.
  • Holy cow! You two be safe out there. It is evident that you risk your safety while doing great work for the community. You are in prayers.

I don't understand why the neighbors don't help out. It's their community. Helping out others is the right thing to do. Karma has a way of waking up the soul that is lost. Thank you, and stay blessed ❤

You made it so much safer to walk on the sidewalk for people! Thanks for all you two do!
  • I live in Texas and I can say thank you for your work. Lady Diana said once “instead of making a change, be the change that makes a difference”. Action speaks louder than words.
  • Thank you for cleaning this up for the community. Too many homeless, too many tent cities across our country. Why isn't the county or state responsible for these abandoned properties. Someone lived there. Someone paid property taxes. Why doesn't the fire department just come in and burn it down as practice for new firefighters? I think it's time to bring back Mental Health facilities, asylums, as they use to be called, that house the homeless , get them off drugs and get them back into society? Anyway, thank you for what you do, and I'm so glad that man didn't try to hurt either one of you! God Bless.
  • I like how your dad carried the shovel into the house. Nobody’s going to mess with him!
  • @nan5236
Anyone that gives of themselves to do such hard work for free is amazing and I’m sure anyone that follows you feels the same as I . You are a blessing.

Safety First!!!!!! "Like Father, Like Son" What an incredible humanitarian effort! You two amaze me. As a retired Los Angeles Social Worker...I commend the both of you for transforming the exterior of this abandoned home. I worked with the homeless, and their living conditions are deplorable! There was a beautiful home in our neighborhood, that was neglected by the former homeowner. The homeless set up an encampment. Neighbors not have anyone like the two of you to transform the exterior. It was an eyesore, until someone purchased, and totally renovated the home. You will continue to be blessed. God knows, we need more people in this world, like the two of you. Please stay safe. Los Angeles, CA continues to watch!

As a native houstonian, I appreciate what you do to help these communities. I wonder how much back taxes is owed on that one and wide hasn't gone up to auction.

An insane amount of work to make this much safer and have usable sidewalks. I'm sure everyone living around this abandoned house is grateful for you coming to the rescue. I was afraid for your safety. So startling to have that man coming out of the house. I'm glad you work together. You do what many are not able to. This needed heavy equipment. Thank you for your service.

I love that father and son working together to make these properties and communities look better. Im here to support my Mexicano's!
  • @E.Meyers
Incredible job, Martin and Daniel! The property exterior is much safer for the neighborhood and a lot nicer to look at, too. Please stay vigilant and careful! 😊
  • @Paulie1232
Ok, tip of the day, whenever you do an abandoned house 🏚, make sure you strap your machetes to your side. 😊
  • @FemiNelson-sb1em
IF I was a neighbor, I would have brought you "agua/water" & a snack, like a small burrito or taco. You're both such a Blessing. 😊
  • @Tea-nOpals
Excellent job, gentlemen! I agree the local government owes you both, not only for a great service but also for being brave enough to do it in a sketchy area.
  • @lulunz6809
That is going to make that area so much safer. It was so sad to see the inside of the house which obviously was a beloved home for someone and now it is beyond saving. I really appreciate how you do your best to make these properties and tidy as you can. The neighbours will be beyond grateful.
  • @FireFly64
Don't know which was worse, the crazy lady or the squatter guy. Great work and it looks a million times better. 👍
  • What a difference! What a scare! Glad he didn't come back. People! You two ROCK as a team!😊
  • A class act. Even with the chaos, the two of them still gave 100%. Another One!
